Shipping Policy

At Fine Care Shop, our goal is to provide you with an impeccable outboard motor shipping experience. Our Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices, available delivery alternatives, and other relevant information to help you understand how we manage your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are handled between one and two business days after they are received, depending on where you live. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) on weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address. When you check out, you will see the exact shipping options and associated costs for your item.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $1000 inside the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Additional Fees: For overseas orders, customers are in charge of covering any additional shipping expenses, customs fees, and taxes.

Delivery Timings

Depending on where your order is shipped, delivery times may change. Please take note of the following:

Standard shipping from the US takes one to three days on average.
Canada Normal shipping takes one to five days.
Britain Normal shipping takes 1–7 days.
Standard Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: Usually 1–7 days.
These are estimates that may change depending on the delivery location, bad weather, or transportation delays.

Packages that cannot be delivered

If a product is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for example, because of an erroneous address, refusal, or failure to pick it up), we will reimburse the purchase price of the item less shipping costs. If you would like the package to be shipped again, there will be additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

At the moment, Fine Care Shop ships to the selected international destinations listed above. The following is pertinent:

Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, fees, or customs duties that their country may impose upon arrival.
Depending on local delivery customs and clearance, international order delivery times can vary significantly.

Order Changes

Please get in touch with our customer support team right away if you need to modify your order after it has been placed. We might not be able to make adjustments once an order has been prepared for shipping.
